getting flats for air b and b or short term rental

Its been a lot of work in the flats. Getting the hot water working and finding a way to get the electric on in the flats has not been so easy. The monopolistic electric company CEZ seems to be able to find a wall when a wall does not exist, yet the wall suits connected trades people..its not so easy. So  learning how to deal with Czech tradespeople in a transforming economy. Still has a long way to go with the flats, yet these pics give an idea of where things are headed.  All the old things in the pics are made in Czech.
